He should contact Chabad of Toronto, which can be pulled up on a google search.

Is he safe? I assume its weather related. Where is he now? Some stores would still be open

Sorry to hear this. Does he have a wallet and phone with him? Why didn't he google kosher places to eat or hotels? Why doesn't he at least go into a supermarket and buy kosher bread and water?

For all that don't fully understand what is going on...I believe that OP's husband is stuck at the airport from which his plane was delayed because of a snowstorm.

Airports should have a variety of food available. Also, he should talk to his airline about accommodations.

I know you said he already left the airport, but in the airport they have packaged kosher sandwiches for sale (in the refrigerators in the food areas).

Regardless, they can direct him to the right location, although (speaking from personal experience) sleeping in an airport is not too bad.

There is no shortage of kosher food readily available at any grocery store in the city. I live in Toronto. Many kosher restaurants were closed today because of the storm but you can find an abundance of food absolutely anywhere. If he needs more help...feel free to PM. Wal Marts are open until 11pm.
