10-15 hours a week, I am great. More than that, everything falls apart. I am pregnant and recently added a bunch of hours. My job is draining as I work with young children, some with behavior problems. I need to pay my tuition but something has to give.

Cut back for a few years, go on programs if necessary, then go back to work.
