I know I can buy ready-made microwaveable meals. I would like to make them on my own, though. Suggestions for items to make in advance?

Chicken stir fries with stir fry sauces are great you can freeze and microwave
Hot dogs a la microwave are great too!
Have hot dog buns handy and a ziplock back of cooked rice to have on the side
Meatballs in sauce also great just be sure you have a hotel room with a table it’s hard to eat while sitting on a bed
Hamburgers also good
Ziplock bags of chopped veggies for quick side dish
Knishes! Gabillas knishes or zucchini’s pancakes microwave well
( I’ve been traveling like this for years. A moving smorgasbord)
