2 years ago I slowly totally changed my lifestyle & eating habits.
I lost 60 lbs. I feel amazing & I’m in great shape.
But I miss food!!
I do indulge here & there but it’s still a daily struggle!
Right now life is a bit more stressful then normal & it’s sooooooo hard not to eat!!!

You can do this!!! All that hard work and amazing results. Go for a walk, breathe, call a friend. All the best.

You don't have to "miss food", there are tools out there to help.
If your brain is sending you signals that you're starving, then you aren't eating the right things, or enough of them.
Have you talked to a nutritionist about making an adjustment in your diet? When your body feels deprived, it sends out a hormone that prevents you from losing weight and locks in the fat.
If you're talking about an emotional craving, that is something that hypnosis or talk therapy can help with.
Congrats on the 60 pounds. I lost 58, about 9 years ago, and I still do my best to keep it off. The pounds can slip back on so easily! Especially once you pass 50.
