In my experience, nothing works. You need to wait it out & take precautions that it shouldn't spread.

My child has it too and I'm he got a prescription for podofilox. He just got 2 more near the original one. (It's used 3 days a week and skipped 2 weeks. maybe that's why) Amother mauve, how do I prevent it from spreading further?

I put on emu aid when they get itchy or hurt, it seems to help soothe them, but didn't get rid of them...

There are absolutely things that work!
Tea tree oil and wart cream have worked for us.
Apple cider vinegar should work too but I haven’t tried it.

apple cider vinegar. Ive seen it work. within three days of constant coverage (dip cotton in apple cider vinegar cover the spot- cover the whole thing with bandaid repeat and re dip cotton frequently.) the spot dries up and turns dark and then scabs over, eventually falls off.

Zymaderm worked for us but you have to be consistent about it. Twice a day and it works. It Just takes some time to see results. We got rid of it for good bh after couple of months.
