I bought some Israeli Oreos, stuck them in my freezer, and realized that a lot are still there.
I have a few recipes but would also try something new. TIA!

Oh, the recipes I have:
- Pie crust, whip, crumbled cookies
- KBD brownies, don't remember which book
- Miriam Pascal's second book - chocolate chip bars four ways.

I once did Oreo cookie pops, one with lollipop stick & chocolate coated & decorated. One with stick, cream inside removed & place some other ing mixed with crumbs & put back inside.

I once made batter-dipped fried oreos for the kids on Chanukah. Those went really fast!

I found this recipe for an Oreo pie crust. Bet you could do something interesting with that.

How about choloclate dipped? You could even give for Purim.

IIRC, the first Fishbein cookbook has a recipe for Oreo cake.

(ok I'm not getting the question. Why not just eat them? Round here I doubt they'd last 5 minutes lol)
Carry on...

You can crush the cookies & make crumbs & use to top ice cream or in trifle mousse cups

Yes, I have it. It might be Oreo brownies in KBD Entertains.
(2 different recipes? I'll check. Thanks.)

Back in the day....I love to bake but my family is shrinking, b"H. If it was Succos coming up and not Pesach, I'd just keep them there for the company. But I have Purim and friends' simchos to bake for.

Ohh I'm sorry I see my attempt at humor was pretty insensitive. Enjoy whatever you make.

No, nothing insensitive at all! Just get the violins out and cue to Sunrise Sunset. Not too many cookie eaters are living in the house now, or we're trying to be good. It's all good.

I made this cake for my DS birthday and it was a hit!

https://beyondfrosting.com/201.....cake/

I substituted dairy ingredients for their parve equivalents and didn’t want to bother with butter cream or ganache. So for frosting I used whipped topping mixed with finely crushed cookies.
