Often I meet someone in real life and then wonder if they are here...
Dear lady from the banking call center,
It was so nice to call a huge corporation and find out the person you are talking to is frum. It felt like finding a sister and made me realize how connected we are to our roots.
A small act of a few nice words surprisingly made my day significantly brighter.
