On a recent thread I read a line 'give Amana fish and he'll eat for a day...'
I wonder. Did the woman buy an Amana appliance recently and texted about it and therefore her phone was used to this word or was it just a brilliant idea of her autocorrect to make Amana out of 'a man a'?

My first autocorrect was foulmouthed. I don't use those kind of words in conversation. It was really embarrassing. Later versions seem more adapted to the user.

I turned mine off. Autocorrect can be amusing, but it’s just easier without it.

Same here.
It's enough the typos I make without it.

So just now a woman I know in the community texted me to say thank you. I started to type back "my pleasure, I am so happy to be a part of it" and for some reason one of the suggestions that it gave me after the word "of" was f0replay! It was suggesting I write "my pleasure,I am so happy to be part of f0replay" so weird as I do not ever recall typing that word until now. Not exactly autocorrect but I wonder why it thought that was an appropriate word suggestion.
