Have you gotten turned off from making Carrot Juice since none of the bestselling diet book drs/authors recommend it?
Most recommend drinking ONLY water because juices are way too concentrated with sugars/sweetness.

juicing is an art ... it never goes out of style
if you use one of those juicers that separate the liquids from the fibers, put in a load of other veggies & fruit rather than sticking to only carrots ... best way to gain vitamins from the raw sources god provides
ginger, kale, beets, carrots, to name a few ... the fruit is for flavour so limit the content or stick to berries in order to minimize sugar
we also need water in our system

Health isn't a fad. Do what makes sense. Do you base your decisions on every piece of info you read? You must be dizzy like a roller coaster constantly changing course based on what you read if you don't make your own decisions based on what feels right to you after researching.

Do the advantages of the VERY concentrated sweetness minus any fiber in Carrot Juice outweigh the benefits of the Vitamins?

Fruit and vegetables are meant to be eaten whole for optimum nutrition. You lose rich fiber and nutrients when you extract just the juice.

true ~ yet not everybody can eat the amount of vegetables to give us the kind of nutrients we need ... therefore somebody invented juicing
