Looking for salmon kebabs recipe but without bought sauces.
also how long and how high in the oven?

You can marinate lemon juice and spices and then thread on to sticks. I would bake at 350-375 till done.

I grill it, but you could definitely use the marinade and then bake.

I do 1 tbs of each brown sugar, teriyaki sauce, and ketchup. Bake half hour on 400. This is for 2 slices, cube and thread on skewer then pour sauce over it
