What do you do with your old genuine jewelry that is gathering dust in the drawer? Do you sell or remodel?

Fix it, or keep it around. It's all sentimental, given to me at specific times by specific people.

Anything from my grandmothers I keep.
Real gold and non sentimental, I sell.
Non real gold I throw away.
I had some sterling silver from my teen years that I gave to my nieces when I was still single.
