I want to start giving my baby solids. What finger foods are good to give?
Thanks

Start with baby cereal, baby jars, pureed veggies from soup.

For baby led weaning - avocado, steamed veggies like carrots, baked potato or sweet potato, bamba, sliced banana, I did meatballs.

Small pieces of whatever you are eating (as long as it's soft). I think the point of BLW is to get your child eating regular table food.
I gave scrambled eggs, small pieces of cooked chicken, slices of cooked carrot or other veggies... Soft cooked fruit

You want food in strips around the size of your pinky. As baby gets better at picking up food you can offer smaller pieces. Some more ideas: tofu, baked oatmeal, peeled Persian cucumbers, black beans ( rinsed well from a can), frozen mango chunks ( defrost first), cheddar cheese cut into strips.
