I was left with a lot of meatballs from yesterday's seuda. Can they be left in the crock pot for shabbos lunch? How? If I have to add water, how much? Bonus points if you can figure out a way for me to put the rice I the same crockpot without mixing the two together.

If they're already fully cooked, leaving them in the crock pot overnight will probably leave with you lots of overcooked mush instead of meatballs. Do you have a hot plate that you can leave on a timer, and warm everything up tomorrow?

Maybe take the meatballs out and let them dry so you can heat them on the blech and just make new sauce in the Crock-Pot. Then Shabbos day you put the warmish meatballs in the hot sauce right before serving and it should balance out nicely.
