We're having baked squash with white Turkey chili for the gals and meat chili for the guys. Today is a chili kind of day.
I love long simmering sauces on Sundays.

On Sundays my kids tend to eat a late breakfast so they're not always in the mood to eat lunch. If breakfast gets so late that they want lunch food instead, they tend to want grilled cheese or pizza bagels or potato blintzes or pizza fries or yogurt and fruit or whatever else we have in the house. Sometimes DH will cook up a pot of rice and beans for himself and the kids will want some too.
