Looking for ideas for a fun day for a 3.5 year old girl in or near flatbush this coming Sunday . Not sure if outdoors will work with weather

We haven't been since it was destroyed by Sandy. Even before that it wasn't great, and though they've tried to rebuild since, I believe it's still not up to what it once was. They used to have a time on Friday afternoons when admission was free; check to see if that's still an option.
