I want to give a small gift to each kid for Pesach. Girls are easy. An inexpensive bracelet will delight them. What do I get the boys though? Something in $15-25 range. Boys all aged between 8-12.

One would love a book. The other two not so much.
Any specific game/ toy recommendations?

For teenage boys a pair of nice cufflinks ( if they don't wear, you can get them a cufflinks shirt as well lekovod Yom tov) , a new belt with an elegant belt buckle,or a good book if they like to read
For younger boys a new game or toy

For boys you could get customized pillowcases for each of them for the seder. Saw these earlier today and thought they looked nice https://www.zazzle.com/passove.....54170

My kids are much younger. Oldest is seven. I just designed customized pillows for each of them with their names on them for the Seder. I made it my self on the computer and then saved as an image and uploaded it. I happen to have used Walmart as it came out cheapest for me. I did 18 inch square throw pillows.

Love the cufflink idea.

Would they be willing to share a new big game? Or what about getting each one their own game that they could then share with siblings?
