I have started giving my 7 month old baby some fruit and vegs. Some she she will take, and some she won't even touch. Though hardly anything really reaches her mouth. She refuses to let me help her eat, or even give it to her in her hand. Looking for some more ideas of finger foods.
What can I give for breakfast, lunch, supper?
At the moment she is not sleeping well so I really want to try and give her solids.
Thanks

If you’re doing baby led weaning, you give the baby whatever you’re eating, you don’t have to make special things for her.
Just so you know, eating more solids is not necessarily going to help her sleep better.

I give cubes of roasted butternut squash
Avocado that I feed her scooped straight out of the peel
Pita
Challah (I put cream cheese on it some times)
Baked sweet Potatoe
Chicken
Cottage cheese
Yogurt
Applesauce mixed into baby oatmeal with hot water and cinnamon. When I mix the cold applesauce with the hot cereal the temperature is nice and warm and my baby likes it. Make sure it's not too hot
You can give chicken soup with the veggies and chicken from the soup cut up. Or blend it all to a mush

Anything you are eating that is not s choking hazard and is not honey or plain milk. For now eating is not about feeding her, rather it’s getti her used to the textures, chewing and the involved motor skills.
