BTW if you have a car, I think I remember that there's a really good bird place around an hour away.

Watkins Glen and the nearby Corning Museum are both excellent stops along the way, depending on your routing. Also check out Taughannock State Park, and Rochester has an excellent children's museum.

BH. If you are into a short trip, the Gulliver Gate is for older kids and very interesting specially the panama canal which has real water systems. Tomorrow we will go to paterson great falls instead of niagara. Its too much to come and go to niagara on a tight budget.
The paterson falls are not wide but they say they are very deep (tall). Perfect timing chol hamoed because according to reviews other times fells a little unsafe.

Not comparable. Person having food restrictions and/or allergies has a disability so not being allowed into the venue because they don't have a food ticket on food they can't eat in the first place is discrimination based on a disability. What kind of allergies or restrictions would they have at a movie theater (provided that there is an elevator to get to the theater on the upper levels if necessary)?

If I want to sit in s very upscale place where seating is at s premium
Can I just sit there and order nothing because it's not Kosher
And if I'm thrown out say it's antisemitism

The policy is barbaric. That is different than saying a person is barbaric. The Policy is barbaric, not the person. Please learn how to differentiate the two so that you don't conflate them again in the future.
