A easy way to decide what to write is spell out your dd name eg:
E
S
T
Y
And write a little poem starting with each initial.

It might be a good idea to get a copy of a yearbook from last year so you can see what's done.

It's really up to you.
You can do the first name spelling way, as someone suggested.
E
S
T
Y
With adjectives for each letter, describing her personality.
Or just add a sentence or two to my original one. Something like "We can't believe this day is here. From the time we met this adorable cute, to first smiles, first steps, learning to write and read - all the way to 8th grade! You grew from a cute little girl to a mature young lady, always with a smile and willing to give a hand. May we continue to shep lots of nachas from you!"

Customize as needed.

It has been a great Nachas to watch you grow up into the beautiful Bas Yisroel that you are now B"H. We are so proud!
