I’m not sure if this is even possible but I’m going to ask anyway. Is it possible at all to change a hat fall into a band fall or a sheitel somehow?
Has anybody attempted this before? What about a kippa fall or a hair topper on the top? Please don’t make fun or judge me.  I just want to know if this is even remotely possible.

I've changed 2 of my regular wigs into band falls and love them. Cost me $40 to change it

What kind of a hat fall is it? The hat falls I've have no hair on the top of the head, and either a hairless cap or velcro straps to keep it on. If the former, I would think it might be possible to get hair added.

You need an entire hairline. I don't think it's doable.

The post you are responding to is $40 to change a regular wig into a band fall- which is basically removing the existing hairline. You are trying to accomplish the opposite - you are looking to ADD hair... I can't imagine you can get that done for $40

You can definitely do it but it will cost you so I don’t know if it will pay. A sheitel repair person can help you. Where do you live so we can recommend someone
