I know I know I should avoid this thread. I don't have an answer to your question. But paper plates and cups are fine. you are not eating it. It is not ra'uy lachilas kelev. Buy whatever brand you like.

I’m not sure what R’ Blumenkranz’s book says but if it helps the OU guide says they are fine for a variety of reasons

We are very stringent and don’t use any paper because it maycontainer starch and usually made from recycled stuff
For one week we use plastic only

And others who have that concern (not necessarily as stringent on other things, e.g. processed foods with reliable hashgacha) will use plastic AND/OR styrofoam and/or Chinette.

There are foil ones and also some that say kosher for Passover on them.
There are cupcake cups that are allowed listed in rabbi blundnkrantz book
