Just relized I put into the cholent pomace olive oil. Can I still use it or do I need to dump it?

Why dump? I always use that in everything including baking .....

It says on the battle in small ' not for human consumption'.

Then you should definitely not eat it. I think the previous poster is referring to a different grade of oil.

Dump it and start over. I assume you put in lighting oil which cannot be ingested.

I am feeling so uncomfortable now I have been using Pomace olive oil for my food including cooking. Now I checked online and it says that due to the low smoking point it's really unhealthy. We live and learn!!!!
