I've never ever heard of the pesach rule. I always have gone based on the weather. It was gorgeous put today--I would have felt silly in thick black tights.

Planning to stay with my black tights during the summer, DH loves the way they look and mentioned it a few times,
but I"m pretty uncomftorbale how others will look at me,
What do you think? does it look occurred? or maybe will I be seen as a frumee?

Not until next week when it's a consistent high 60s. The temperature aligns with what I remember from previous years - usually end up switching in May.

It depends what neighborhood you live in.
Lots of women in Kensington (Neighborhood in Brooklyn) wear black all year round.
In other neighborhoods you might stick out more.

I think the look is too stifling. But do what works for you, not me. Try it and see how you feel.
