Hi, I live OOT and am sending DH into the city to buy Pesach food.
I was thinking of making an order at KRM and having him pick it up (he'd prefer not to have to shop himself), but I see on their website that sale items are not honored on orders. Is that really the policy? (It says "we DO NOT honor any sale items on these orders we will just disregard those items")
I also see on their flyer that sale items are limited to 3 per family. Does that mean items total, or of each item?
(I know I could call KRM but in the past they are too harried to answer questions over the phone, and I need to send DH tomorrow so don't have time to wait for them to answer an email, which I seem to remember taking a few days, so hoping to hear from others' experiences.)
Anyone know?

They don't take orders from 3 weeks before Purim until a few days after pesach.

They took my order 2 weeks ago. But they don't give sale prices unless you do the shopping in person anyway. I find I still save money without the sales

Didn't you get a bounce back email saying no orders?
