WW doesnt work for many people.

Lots of people need a different kind of plan like limiting amounts or types of food.

WW tried to do that by doing freestyle but for lots of us it just means we overeat on the free stuff and also have some of the calorie foods so we get sabotaged

If you have any sort of condition that makes you sensitive to carbs, it doesn't work. On WW things like fruits and beans are free or very few points, but if you need to watch your carbs, you need to limit those things.

I am not particularly sensitive to carbs. Before WW, I tried working with a nutritionist who added carbs back into my diet because she said I don't eat enough. I also watch my total calorie count each day.

Nothing is working. I don't cheat. I track everything twice.

I would love to know if there are sample meal plans.

I would go for a blood workup at this point. I learned I was insulin resistant after all reasonable efforts at weight loss failed and went to the endocrinologist to see what was going on. If you're doing everything right and it's not working, there is likely something out of whack on the inside. Could be metabolic, could be thyroid. Get checked.

Most people fail on WW ...THATS WHY they keep changing their program every couple of years! And the People who lose some weight on it tend to gain it all back when they hit the maintenance stage... try a high protein, low carb diet, you’ll lose much more, and the cravings and hunger will be gone!
