I madeyapchik today and wanna freeze it. I just put it in on 425. How long should I leave it before freezing it?
Normally I bake fir approx one hour and then turn down oven to 225 and leave overnight.
I cook all the way, wait for it to cool, and then freeze.
I put it in the oven Friday before lighting with a cup of water poured on top. And then cover and leave overnight.
