I still have a bunch of pizza crusts in my freezer. I don't want to make pizza every night till pesach.

Any novel ideas how to use it up?

Cut into triangles and toast with zaatar. Dip into humus.
Or toast with other seasoning and use over salad. Over soup. To scoop up chili or taco meat.
Focaccia
Top with leafy salad and Italian dressing
Meat pizza

Brush with olive oil and herbs and a bit of salt. Bake till slightly crispy, slice into strips and serve with soup.

Check if the crusts are pareve- if they are: Top with shredded meat. (Brisket plus bbq sauce and some water in a crockpot for around 5 hours, pull apart with two forks).

Use as the base for a dessert.

Slice apples and lay them down in a pretty pattern. Top with cinnamon and sugar, and bake.

Bake the crust, and then top with fresh strawberries and whipped cream.

Brush with melted butter, sprinkle cinnamon and sugar, and bake. Slice and serve next to a scoop of ice cream.

Another thing you can do, is post them in your neighborhood FB group. Someone with a big family might want to take them and eat them before Pesach.

A lot of people who don't sell chametz are doing that in my neighborhood, and a lot of people are taking things to hold them over for this week.

If your local chessed group has a food recovery program for low income people, you can always contact them. They'll either take them, or have suggestions for you.

Sauté an onion or use the sautés onion cubes, and cubes cold cuts. Add a little bbq sauce. Serve over the pizza crust.
