Some past threads around here suggested Muslim abayas as an alternative to expensive "shabbos robes." I'm interested but definitely not going into a store and ordering online is tricky. I've seen other posts here link to styles but has anyone here actually bought one and can post a review of the specific one you bought? Return policies aren't amazing, trial and error is frustrating, and it's hard to tell what you're getting online.
I'm particularly interested in neckline because I would like to wear without a shell that sticks out, but many of the Muslim websites have the models wearing a head and neck covering and you can't see where the neckline of the robe comes out. I have a very high/narrow neckline so I need a really good one.
Also interested in fabric quality - is it lasting well or looking shabby quickly; does it get wrinkled too easily; is it sheer?
For reference, here are some general style ideas that interest me:

Always wash new clothes once before you wear them. The fabric is coated with sizing, and often has loose dye. You don't want those chemicals on your skin. My mom was super strict about that, and I've stuck with the habit ever since.
Rayenne's has gorgeous abayas. The items I bought from them when I lived in the US have held up really well.
I'm mad at them now because they won't ship to Israel.

I just got one from Modanisa. Arrived today! Company is Benin. I'm paranoid to post the specific one because what if you live in my neighborhood and see me in it and know who I am???? (Confession: I go out in shabbos robes.) If you want you can PM me and I'll send you a link to the specific dress.
Shipping was fast. It came in two days. The material is nice. It's very lightweight but not see-through, which I like. Can't vouch yet for if it washes well and stays looking nice. The neckline was a little open in the back, and it had a button and loop closure, which I couldn't tell from the picture. But it was a good enough price that I will bring it to a seamstress to see what we can do about it.

This one arrived today and it was well worth the wait! Lovely material, tznius neckline. Looks even better in person. I probably would have ordered the next size up, but I still love it!
