Hi,
Looking to move to Monsey.
What neighborhoods in Monsey are a mix of right wing and also have low property tax?

There is no such thing as low property tax in rockland county. The lowest taxes wil be around 12k a year for a small house.

In a development, taxes may be $8,000-$10,000. But if you get a house, it'll be at least $12,000 if not more.

I live on a regular street in a high ranch taxes are 10 for the year.. in airmont and suffers taxes are waaay higher. In spring Valley it's lower

Make sure you have schools for your kids before you decide to move.
The school situation here is insane.
We’re probably moving back now because we couldn’t get the kids into a school.
