I know there are plenty who do this but how do you do it? What do you do specifically? (Not for people who already have a separate Pesach kitchen).

Some people put a Pesach crockpot set up in another room like the garage or laundry room or even dining room. They use a few utensils that are for Pesach and make one dish every day and let it slow cook in the crockpot and then they freeze it. (Examples: Roasts, potatoes, applesauce etc)
You can do cooking on a Pesachdig electric burner as well and make stews and soups and freeze.
I've never done it but it's doable.
