A recipe for chicken nuggets on kosher.com calls for these. I have been unable to find them in a store.
Does anyone know what this or can suggest what I can replace it with?

I think it’s the non gebroch kneidel mix.
I’m assuming you can sub any seasoned crumb mix

Can you post the recipe

Sweet pecan crumb chicken

3/4 cup pecans

3/4 cup homemade mayonnaise

2 tablespoons sugar

3/4 cup Oberlander’s Knaidels and Krumbs

1 and 1/2 pounds chicken cutlets, cut into thick nuggets (thinly-sliced chicken will not work)
Dip

2 tablespoons oil

1 onion, cut into thin slices

1/2 cup homemade mayonnaise

1/4 teaspoon salt

It just means 3/4 cup of any pesach crumbs. The recipe developer liked the Oberlander ones I guess.

Actually the kneidels and crumbs one taste better than the other ones. Much less commercial taste in my opinion. I use them for a lot of recipes

Honestly I didn't buy them yet this year but they are hard to come by... Ive found them in npgs Lakewood and Foodex. It's usually in the store next to the oberlanders cakes. Ask for it.
