Has anyone made the unstuffed cabbage recipe from A Taste of Pesach? The one with shredded cabbage, sauerkraut, ground beef, etc. How was it? Deciding whether or not to double the recipe, how popular was it?
I'm not familiar with that recipe but I would just make a regular unstuffed cabbage recipe that I know I already like and just use mashed potatoes or quinoa in the meat instead of the rice.
