We are in our fifties and were both vaccinated as children.
Our grandchildren include babies who are not yet immune due to their young age.
We don't have health insurance
and we are looking for a clinic to get vaccinated and not pay so much
since there are so many expenses this time of year.
On yeshiva world, there is a letter signed by 500 doctors and even a website
advertised but missing is WHERE to go.

In my neighborhood, some urgent cares and chain drug stores are offering vaccines now. Find out if there's such a thing in your neighborhood.

I think that vaccinations are free for anybody who doesn't have insurance. About 11 years ago I paid out of pocket for a well visit. I asked the doctor to hold off on the vaccines until we get insurance. She said that if you don't have insurance vaccines are "free" - reimbursed by the government. I live in Boro Park.

If you were vaccinated as children, check your titers with a blood test. You may not need another dose after all.
