blintzes filled with anything. so your basic blintz/ pesach noodle recipe filled with liver/egg salad, mashed potato and fried onion mix, or a cooked meat sloppy joe idea.
you can make Potato or veggie Latkes instead of Kugels. salads- beet salad, cucumber salad, Israeli salad.
chicken burgers. a stew with chicken or beef and veggies with potatoes.
sorbet- you should be able to find a easy recipe anywhere. compote/ fruit soup or homemade applesauce.

I'm very basic when it comes to Pesach. Good wholesome food that e/o likes.

But my girls got in the mood of making a fancy dessert, and it involved no baking. They got mini trifle cups. Bottom layer is strawberry sorbet. Middle layer is vanilla icecream. And top layer is chocolate ganache.

No baking.

Recipe is from Mishpacha FF. Can also be made layered in a 9X13 pan.
