You will not find any so spare yourself from running around. From the 2 major potato chip factories one went out of business and the other burnt down.
I know this cuz my poor allergic to pesach son had us run to every store for chips.

This has been an issue for a couple years now. A week before Pesach all the local stores are out of potato chips? What gives? You would think they would realize there a demand and produce more. I don't know exactly how many years, but definitely the last three

The stores would rather run out than be left with extra after chag which no one will buy. It's a problem in many communities and then because no one knows what will be available on chol hamoed everyone over buys and then we have shortages regardless . It would be nice if they could come up with a solution.
Maybe if the markup on Pesach goods wouldn't be so high then stores wouldn't be so afraid to overbuy , etc.
