Does anyone have a pesach pepper steak recipe? Or a pesach skirt steak salad recipe? (I think from Naomi Nachman Pesach cookbook) Before you put away your cookbooks...

We serve skirt steak salad but not from Naomi Nachman.

We don't soak the skirt steak, just rinse well.
We do 6 minutes on first side and 5 minutes on the second for well.
