Due to nursing infants food allergies and my food intolerances, I am currently off
Eggs
Dairy
Gluten

And trying to limit
Fish
Nuts
Fruit

I work full time, eat breakfast, lunch, and snacks at work. I have no access to any appliances at work other than a refrigerator. I do not have time to prep food in the morning.
Please help me meal plan!
(I can't stand avocado. Or quinoa. No sardines. Chic peas are ok, most other beans not. Chicken is fine)

Thank you!

Prepare the night before. Breakfast seems the biggest challenge. I would do smoothies heavier on the veggies or you can find parve yogurts and eat with seeds mixed in. GF oatmeal - can be made ahead with parve milk and eaten cold if you don't mind that. Lunch should be easy... a different salad every day with either chicken or beans mixed in for protein.

It’s worth a try but be aware that it might not help.

Are you off soy too? That could give you some more options.
