These are two kosherlists from Zürich
The first is without chalav stam, the second one with

There is a good sized grocery store called Migros in the airport and you can buy many things there

Or you could go to Maadan bakery in Zürich and buy something

Perhaps if you ask the hotel they can pack a breakfast for you to take with to the airport.
