I've gotten from Lands End. I just looked for a link but didnt see, but for years I got long sleeve crewneck. They were loose fitting, solid shirts and perfect.

Try koshercasual.com. they sell different necklines but the higher ones should cover your collar bone. Just make sure to fold them rather than hang as the hanger can stretch out the neckline. I lived in there tops last summer and the quality is great, they all still look perfectly fine to wear again this summer 😊

I actually have cut down necklines sometimes, since they come up too high, almost like a mock neck.

This is one of them. I have no idea how the model's neckline is showing in this picture, because the t-shirt was literally choking me up my neck.

Any neckline can be made tzniusdig-
There is a thin elastic thread that can be sewn in.
If you have family in eretz yisroel or are visiting there- I picked up inexpensive ones in Zoya
