I had frozen pizza dough in my freezer.
Last night I took it out at about 11:00 pm with the intention of putting it in the refrigerator right before I went to bed.

Of course I forgot.
This morning I saw it sitting on the kitchen table at about 7:00 am and promptly put it in the refrigerator.

My question is; if it is okay to use or if I should dump it?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I would think it's fine and almost definitely use it. I've left challah dough out rising for quite a few hours and then used it. This doesn't sound worse than that. Was it still cold this morning?

I have done that before with yitz's pizza dough and it was perfect if anything easier to spread out.

It was frozen when you took it out. So it wasn't sitting for hours in heat when defrosted already. First half of night was still defrosting.
