What drink do you give after going off formula at a year

My baby will be a year old soon. He was never very fond of formula but have tried to give it as much as possible because he's not a great eater and he needs to get his nutrients from somewhere. I also give him water in a sippy cup which he loves.

Once the year is over, what do you normally give? I thought it would be cow's milk but I'm reading on another thread that milk doesn't seem to be so healthy either. So what is good?

And do they get all their nutrients from real food after a year?

I give water.
I also give a multivitamin, yogurt, eggs and cheese for vitamin D and calcium.

I gave just water and real food. But my baby was a year and a half, and was just drinking one or two bottles of formula per day(to help her fall asleep, at naptime and bedtime) so I replaced the formula bottle with a bottle of water.
I fed her baby oatmeal and baby jars in addition to real food.

The oatmeal and baby jars have any nutrition? I thought I'd stop that soon too.

I give milk to all my babies, bh I never saw it being unhealthy. I give water, OJ or apple juice mixed with water. Whatever everyone else is drinking.

DD was lactose intolerant, so I got her fortified rice milk, and made sure she got a varied diet with lots of nutrition. G-d bless vegans for non dairy options!

I've heard that goat's milk is better for some babies, if they seem fussy after cow's milk.

My pediatrician is not a big fan of cow's milk. She recommended goat milk, but not in large quantities, and really prefers that kids get their nutrients via food. My kids drink lots of water starting at well before a year, and that's mostly all. At most 6 oz of milk a day.

Whole milk per my pediatrician. I think it was 1.5 or 2 cups a day but I don't remember exactly. After that I gave water (and watered down juice I dont want to see). Fat is crucial for a baby's brain development so it's really important for a baby to be getting enough fat. If milk is truly a problem for your baby then speak to your pediatrician about alternatives.

Do you ever start offering juices or just water until they ask for apple/OJ?

I hope he'll get his nutrients from his food but he's not the best eater.

I think polyvisol (I can check later) and fluoride. I give in in liquid form in applesauce or a drop of juice to disguise the flavor.

I give almond milk, the real kind, water and also cows milk.
Stay away from juices, they are loaded with sugar and the kids then only want juice

I do toddler formula. Before that was widely available I would give adult nutrient shakes. My Toddlers are picky eaters and it gives me peace of mind. I also give baby cereal which has a lot of vitamins.

No, juice is only offered at shabbos meals watered down for everyone.

ETA if he's not eating nutritious food I would focus on improving that rather than beverages.
