Update: a notice on the yeshiva's website says the school reopened (well, as of Wednesday, was scheduled to reopen on Thursday, and there's no further update). This statement says the measles exposure was a visitor to the school, I've seen other places where the visitor is described as a vendor.

I'm pasting the announcement in case they eventually delete this (nothing suspicious, you need to clean out the news folder once in a while)

We’re happy to announce that after conducting a thorough review of the status of all of our student records and all of our processes, the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene has ordered that YCQ will be fully open tomorrow, May 16, 2019.
Clearly this two day closure has caused significant inconvenience to our parent and student bodies, and we sincerely regret this impact. We are confident, however, that we exit this closure in compliance with best practices and all legal regulations to keep our student body safe, Bezrat Hashem, in the aftermath of the visit of an exposed individual to our school on May 2nd. It remains the case that there is no measles outbreak at YCQ, nor is there any documented case of any student, faculty, or staff member having contracted or transmitted measles in the last several weeks.
YCQ has been, is currently, and will always be committed first and foremost to the safety and well being of your children. Similarly, YCQ has been, is currently, and will always be committed first and foremost to being a model of best practices in compliance with all legal regulations and statutes.
Beyond the measures detailed in the Corrective Action plan that was approved by the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, we are committed to conducting a thorough postmortem of the events of the last week to identify where we need to improve our processes going forward.
We want to thank the NYC officials who worked tirelessly with us to keep our school children safe, the many staff and lay leaders who worked long hours to expedite the reopening, and the faculty who found ways to teach online while school was closed. Thank you for your support the last two days. We look forward to greeting your children tomorrow, and to the building once again being filled with your children growing in Torah, General Studies, and Derech Eretz in the warm, caring YCQ environment.
Rabbi Mark Landsman
Principal
