Can anyone help me? I have tons of ideas but somehow get lost in the process of putting it together and getting it done.
Can anyone write a weekly meal plan for me with exact critetia?
For 2 meals a day, Sunday - Thursday + friday lunch, for 3 little kids - 5 and under, and 2 adults.
I would be so grateful!!!

You are really the only one that can do it as you know your budget, tastes & preferences, & how much time & energy you have for meal prep & what ingredients are currently hiding in your cupboards.

Thanks for your response.
Like I said, I have tons of ideas just need someone to formulate it for me into something that would work.
I think the fact that it's for 3 little kids would give someone the idea that it has to be pretty simple, like no fancy unique spices etc.
1 meal a day would be fleishig, chicken or similar. Ground meat once a week. Other meal is anything parve or milchig. Fish would only be salmon or tuna, I don't like anything else so I won't cook it...
Dont have to provide recipes, just exact things, example: honey garlic chicken cutlets with .....
Anyone??
Would really really appreciate it!!

Wed.- baked schnitzel coated in mayo mixed with red wine vinegar and seasoned cornflake crumbs. On a sheet pan at 400 degrees, rice, roasted zucchini and mushrooms with oil salt and pepper on a sheet pan for longer than the chicken.
Thursday- faked ziti, tuna patties, cut fresh veggies with mayo and ketchup dip.
Friday lunch- kugel, pasta, schnitzel, turkey sandwiches, grilled cheese.

Some people have a system so it simplifies things.
Let's say every Monday is something with chicken bottoms. Something with potatoes.
Every Tue is something with cutlets something with pasta
Wednesday something with fish something with rice for example etc.
Thursday something with ground meat something with orzo or sweet potato.

Just giving examples

I can give you my menu what I usually give to my kids but every week I change it up & they dont eat adult like food:
Sunday: either leftovers or pasta - baked ziti or mac n cheese or pasta with cottage cheese and ketchup
Monday: some kind of fried Shnitzel - honey mustard or regular breaded shnitzel or pretzel chicken & rice
Tuesday: Lasagna or eggplant parmesan with salad & dressing (fresh lemon juice, oil, salt & pepper - my kids love it)
Wedensday: Meatballs
Thursday: sometimes hot dogs with buns and fries sometimes spaghetti (I break it into tiny pieces when cooking it so its easier for them to it) after spaghetti is cook & drained I put it back into pot and melt cheese & ketchup. my kids love it.
*my kids also like sometimes cottage cheese latkes, pancakes, french toast, eggs, pizza, cream cheese bagel.

My loose schedule is:

Sunday- Shabbos leftovers for the side dish and grocery store food for a main (one store where I live grills meat for you to order)
Meatless Monday
Taco Tuesday can be meat, dairy or pareve
Wednesday is fleishig usually ground beef or chicken cutlets of some type
Thursday is an easy meal without a lot of clean up. I like to google sheet pan dinners for ideas.

Once I have a loose idea then I can take whatever recipes are appealing and plug in.

I don't really cook lunch except for eggs or grilled cheese.

Lunch: scrambled or sunny eggs and toast and cut up veggies. Grilled cheese sandwiches. Tuna sandwiches. Baked potatoes with cheese or tuna.

Supper ideas:

pizza
pasta and cheese, salad
Tortilla wraps, cooked ground meat with onion, avocado, lettuce, tomatoes (subsitute leftover shabbos chicken cut up in chunks for meat, or refried beans)
schnitzle and baby potatoes and peas
stir fry beef or chicken with asian egg noodles. (cook egg noodles, fry some onions in wok, add noodles and soya sauce and sesame oil and stir around for a bit until crispy on edges)
shepherds pie
meatballs and spaghetti
spaghetti bolognese
fish and chips (breaded or battered white fish fried, french fries) peas
lasagna (layer cheese, lasagna, tomatoe sauce, bake)
macaroni and cheese.
tuna patties, mashed potatoes, salad.
salmon, roast sweet potatoes, sweetcorn
Aubergine and meat sauce, rice, and green beans
burgers with buns etc

I usually try and make sure we have meat one night, chicken another, fish another, milchigs another. One night is often shabbos leftovers. (chicken pot pie with leftover chicken is very popular)

If you give me a jumble of dishes that your family eats, I can sort it all out into a 1 or 2 week menu for you.

General idea would be a guideline (that works with your family's likes) to help you have a path to be able come up with more weeks.

Sun: leftovers and salad
Mon: chicken & rice
Tues: ground meat & pasta
Wed: fish & potatoes
Thurs: the easiest that works for you
-- (shabbos chicken & soup, or frozen heat and serve pizza, or homemade mac n cheese)

Working with that, here's a sample.

Week 1:
Sun: leftovers and lettuce salad
Mon: honey chicken, mushroom rice, roasted vegetables
Tues: meatballs, spaghetti and sauteed zucchini
Wed: baked salmon, red potatoes and green beans
Thurs: pizza, cut vegetables and dip

Week 2:
Sun: leftovers and chopped salad
Mon: kicken chicken, vegetable rice, steamed broccoli
Tues: burgers, buns, sliced vegetables, and orzo
Wed: breaded tilapia, roasted potatoes and Brussels sprouts
Thurs: hot dogs, frozen French fries and corn

The same can be done for lunch.

Before you make your menu check what ingredients you have in your pantry, fridge & freezer. Plan around that.

Also check out the specials of the store you will be shopping at.
