Is it just me or is the website completely not working lately? I've been trying to log in for a few days, I know I have the right login info because if I put in the wrong info I get to the "invalid password" message, but when I put in the right login info the web browser says there's something wrong with the page and can't load.
I'll probably end up giving up and calling them to apply over the phone but I would feel more confident if I could access it online. I've been messed up in the past when people said certain things on the phone but it wasn't correct (I had someone enter in TWICE the amount of income I actually had, and that's when I went to one of the centers that is supposed to help you! I was better off without the help!)
But my renewal is due soon and I'm losing patience... like I do at some point in this process every year... why can't they get it together?!

Are you using a Chrome browser when logging in?
