This one's been mentioned before but I'm going to endorse it as not at all clingy or cheap looking. I got it for my adult daughter and she gets so many compliments on it.

I find a lot of the dresses on Amazon look great in the pics but they're made of a cheap fabric that clings to just the areas you'd rather not emphasize. This one isn't like that - but order a size up. They run small.
