How would you describe the type of girls hired to work at the camp? Hashkafically, tznius, personality wise - what "type" works there? Ty!

It’s a nice mix.
Very solid good girls but from all over .

I went there. It was a mix. I worked in TeenZone so the staff there was obviously more open minded than the staff for the younger girls, since we were exposed to a lot more.
Many (not all) of the counselors have a "loud/fun" personality.
Very solid group of girls working there.
