What's the best (natural) non dairy milk you've been using for coffee? I'm off milk for health reasons, and love love love my cuppa joe!
I have a coffee machine (breville) with a milk heater-frother.
I keep jumping between almond (nice taste-but no taste resemblance to cow's milk) and soy (good froth strong taste) and now I'm hooked on gefen unsweetened coconut milk (comes in a tall slim carton) its really white, with a sweet, milk-like taste. its not extremely creamy though
any other ideas?

Califia farms makes an almond milk creamer and a coconut-almond milk half and half. They are both excellent in coffee and cooking. They are thicker then the typical almond milk.
I heard that Oatley oat milk makes great foam.

You can try canned coconut milk or cream. Much richer. Also more caloric though.

yuum! canned coconut milk is always perfectly delicious , and I don't care about calories , but its soo impractical! like the extra has to be stored in a container , and its a thicker consistency so have to mix it really well before I even try frothing it,. sigh. its so yum though, I can eat it straight from the can.
