ISO creamy soup recipe with a beef taste

Hi! I am looking to try a creamy soup with a meaty taste. I see it a lot at simchas but have no idea how to replicate. Anybody have such a recipe they can share? Was thinking beef stock with cauliflower..

No beef stock needed. Add beef neck bones to to your favorite creamy soup recipe and simmer until the leftover meat on the bones is very soft. You can pull off any meaty substance from the bones as well and add back to the soup before blending if you'd like.

Thanks Ra-mom. Which soup would you recommend? I have never made one with beef so I am not sure what will blend nicely together.

I actually love beefy soups with barley, like mushroom barley and shredded vegetable barley soup.
But you can do a blended soup like you've had at simchas too. If you want a creamy cauliflower soup, the one from dining in is delicious.

Cauliflower Mock Potato Soup

1 large onion, diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 Tbsp oil
2 large zucchini, peeled
1 lb. frozen cauliflower
1 Tbsp salt
dash of (white) pepper

Saute onion and garlic in oil until translucent. Slice zucchini and add to pot, together with cauliflower and seasoning. Add water until the vegetables are just covered. Cook for 30 minutes and then blend with a hand blender until smooth & silky.

I love barley soups but I unfortunately dont eat barley now (diet)...
Please if you can post the recipe for the cauliflower soup would really appreciate it!

I find when I freeze soup with cauliflower it becomes grainy. Do you have success freezing them?

Creamy blended squash soup with flanken. After cooking shred the meat and add back to soup.
