I continued this year with my kids when they didn't go to daycamp.
We continued #4
four seasons.
winter:
snowman collages
marshmallow snowman
shaving cream snowman
Spring:
floral posters. flowers made from pompoms, doilies, foam balls with besomim stuck into it.
cut straw jumpropes
glitter critter stickers
Summer:
swimming
sands alive with beach sculpture molds
flip flops from lady fingers
flip flops from pipe cleaner & abc beads for name.
Fall:
leaf rubbings

animal sticker crafts for four legged creatures

decorated a five with stars.
made a star wand
created a krias shma holder from popsticks decorated with moon & stars
5 senses:
played with A mr potato head puzzle with eye/nose stickers for five senses.
created a gift box with person inside with eye/nose stickers.
Sight:
created an eye craft with mitzvos we can do with sight
played some games/races with blindfold
watched slides
Hearing:
created an ear craft with mitzvos done with hearing
created musical tamborines from plates & bells.
Will continue when my boys have off again.
my dgtr has 2 full weeks off, her biggest concern: what she will do. She is all of 3 yrs old.

I have my kids home this summer for 6 weeks. I didn't have any themes or major plans. Only 2 of the weeks did we plan big trips, the rest of the time was just activities at home, lots of arts n crafts, some baking, set up a pool, going to different parks, going on errands, shopping...
We're quite relaxed. And it worked out pretty well.
