I have dark meat chicken capons that I want to make for Shabbos. Anyone have a good recipe?
DH and I aren't so fond of lemon or tomato flavors.

I make the Kishka myself with recipe from fresh and easy cookbook. |
Looks great - I guess I forgot that neither of us particularly likes mustard, except in deli roll where we use a tiny drop.
Also, can you post that kishka recipe?

Looks so interesting. I ordered capons from my butcher. I went on a search what to do with it. Can't wait to try this.
